Ben Hicks, Principal

Ben Hicks is the founder of SEC Management Group, a privately held commercial real estate investment firm focused on acquiring, improving, and developing industrial and healthcare properties. As a hands-on owner and investor, Ben takes a long-term approach to real estate—identifying opportunities where thoughtful capital investment, strong tenant relationships, and decisive execution can create lasting value.

He works closely with business owners to develop practical real estate solutions that support their growth while building a portfolio of durable, necessity-based assets. His philosophy is straightforward: own quality real estate, treat tenants as partners, invest with discipline, and build for the long term.

Ben resides in Bend, Oregon, with his wife and their three young children.
